Aidat 40 TL yazın Nizip sıcaklığında ilk defa bu kadar serinlikte oturuyoruz yaz kış sıkıntı yaşanmaz. Merkezi ısıtma olduğundan senede ısınmaya 1000 TL gidiyormuş süper yani yalıtım olduğundan. Büyük park var çocuğum için çok güzel oldu. 05.2021 /800 TL kira ile geldim. Tek sıkıntı motor hırsızlığı çok oluyormuş o yüzden motorumu satacağım.
We just moved. Our 2+1 house is 75 square meters, but the houses with a very comfortable plan were our previous home, which was 110 square meters. Dues are 40 TL. It is the first time that we sit in such a cool temperature in Nizip heat in summer and there will be no problems in summer or winter. Since there is central heating, 1000 TL is spent annually for heating, because it is super insulation. There is a big park, it was very nice for my child. 05.2021 / I came with a rent of 800 TL. The only problem is that there is a lot of engine theft, so I will sell my engine.
