I have had vehicle repairs done many times (both at the original workshop and at the repair shop). I have never come across a business that is as serious, incompetent, irresponsible and disrespectful as this repair shop. I went here by recommendation. With the complaint that my vehicle is losing water and therefore the temperature is rising. They checked the vehicle and said that the engine should be done. After the conversation, you can drive for years without any problems, I accepted the price they said without negotiation as it would be a good repair, and I delivered the vehicle to take delivery in 10-12 days. I came across a car that was disassembled and was waiting to one side. When I insisted on asking why it was kept waiting, I encountered a business owner who said BUY YOUR CAR IF YOU WANTED. I was only able to receive it in 25 days, I was on the road twice, I WALKED OUT OF FIRE HAZARD once, GOD PROTECTED I DID NOT BURN BY LUCK!, WATER IS DECREASING AFTER THE REPAIR AGAIN, I took it back many times, nothing changed, nothing changed, they gave it back without touching it, that the pipes that were removed at my insistence were rotten. I understood when I saw it. In the past, I used to check by pressing the gas to see if the car was running, now I am swaying like a diesel. I've seen new techniques like using a cable tie to replace the screw they lost. They replaced the original screws of the engine with irrelevant screws and nuts, the cable holders and pipe holders in the motor are missing, CABLES, AIR FILTER BOX, etc. STAND IN THE GAP. While I was having my vehicle inspected by another master before the technical inspection, the master warned that the ROD HEAD (or the ball joint name I don't remember now) WAS LOST TIGHTEN AND THE PIN IS NOT TIGHTEN.
