★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doğa sigortadan kaskolu olduğum ve anlaşmalı servis listesinde olduğu için gittim daha önce bildiğim yer değildi. 08.12.2020 de aracı bıraktım bu tarih itibariyle hala teslim alamadım. Tamir olmaz dedikleri jantı rastgele bir yere götürdüm 4 saatte tamir edip servise bıraktı. Aracı bıraktığım gün başka yerlerde olan hizmeti burada alamadım kendi imkanlarımla iş yerine gittim. Servis personelinin bana yaklaşımı çok amatörceydi. Büyüklüğüne aldanıp bıraktım ama ekstra bir malzeme dışarıdan tedarik edileceğinde (benim durumumda jantta) kesinlikle destek alamıyorsunuz kendiniz alıp çözüp servise bırakıyorsunuz, ilave çözüm bulmak amaçlı bir hizmet yok.
Since I am insured by Doğa Sigorta and it is on the contracted service list, it was not the place I knew before. I left the vehicle on 08.12.2020 and as of this date, I still could not receive it. I took the wheel that they said would not be repaired to a random place, repaired it in 4 hours and left it to the service. The day I left the vehicle, I could not get the service from other places, I went to work with my own means. The approach of the service staff to me was very amateurish. I left it deceived by its size, but when an extra material will be outsourced (in my case on the rim), you definitely cannot get support, you can take it yourself and leave it to the service, there is no service to find additional solutions.

If you have a KIA, it's definitely a place to go for maintenance or repair. Competent masters take care of it meticulously.
