Even though the vehicle was fully insured and it was going to be changed from the insurance, they were very uninterested and would prolong the process so much that I went in search of another service. We left the vehicle at the service, and the next day they replaced the glass and delivered it. Then they applied engine protection, paint protection and ceramic coating to our vehicle. Successful in catering. The waiting room could be bigger. They also helped with discounts. Masjid, WCs are clean and hot water is available. Also close to the highway. We don't get stuck in Ankara traffic much. Service consultant Berkay Düzel was very kind and friendly.

Although we went on one of the busiest times on Sunday, 4 5 female staff were sitting at the entrance drinking tea and 1 staff was looking after all customers. Only customers were wearing masks, that's not the way to go on days like these.

Staff approach and service understanding is very good, Honda and Skoda dealerships are also available, customer waiting area is clean, toilets are clean, I prefer this place as a service because they provide good service.
