Niss Hotel Business

Lovely little hotel, service was really good, sweet staff. The reason I gave it a 4 is because we paid for breakfast but the breakfast wasn't what we expected, it could have been better. Other then that the hotel service was great!

This is a very good budget friendly hotel. I stayed here for almost a month and I had a great experience. All hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating, even their housekeeping department, especially Yasmin who always had a welcoming smile on her face which made me feel like home. My room was clean and had beautiful furniture. Breakfast was good too. Honestly, paying a low price I didn't expect much but I must say it exceeded all of my expectations. Also, location was perfect for everything I wanted to see and do in the area. Kanyaalti beach is only 5 min walk, Migros shopping mall, Aktur amusement park and Aquarium are only 15 min walk or 5 min by taxi and grocery store is just down the street. Very good hotel. I will definitely stay here again if I'm in the area.

Bad: We had bugs in our room! We waited 2 days for them to fix the shower fuse (which came broken btw), and for the most part of our stay, there was no milk (which was hard for parents). Good: The staff is nice. The breakfast is diverse, and the location is great.

The worst hotel ever. The room is dirty. There were power failure and they didnt even have a backup generator. It was 38 degrees and the Air condition was off. The power didnt come for severel hours. They dont want to give our money back or even just a part of our money as compensation. Their service is really bad and they are absolutly not service minded. The manager dont want to talk to us. She doesnt talk to “anybody”. They really dont care and only Think about the money. We had to go to another hotel. If i could give them 0 stars i would have.

I had a great experience in this hotel. The staff is really nice. Five minutes from the beach. Sure, breakfast could be more diverse, but for this price range I can't complain. Great experience here.

the room ended up being very small. first day we arrived there was a cockroach in the bathroom. and the next day there was ants everywhere and inside the headboard of the bed. it was disgusting. the showers and bathroom are very very small and the shower barely worked. housekeeping was very nice although they did not do a good job of cleaning at all. i also did not appreciate how the housekeeping would just walk in with their other key and didn’t wait for the door to be answered. invasion of privacy. i wouldn’t recommended this hotel.

Lovely cozy hotel. The staff is very polite and you feel a customer-oriented approach to guests. they are happy to help resolve any issue that has arisen, and are always happy to share their experience. the rooms are average quality, not new, the pool is nice, clean. Cleaning every day, friendly cleaning ladies. There was a pleasant impression of the stay.
