Overall a good hotel with a beautiful private beach. I believe they recently reopened after covid so a few things need improvement. Fitness center was great and had all new equipment. Food is also good with plenty of options. A few cons: ‘all inclusive’ is not really all inclusive and they charge for some things like imported liquor and some of their a la carte in house restaurants. Housekeeping was a bit sloppy and they did not provide new bathroom products and did not replace bottled water.

Maybe once upon a time this was a five-star hotel, however, as the layers of dust, that made me feel sick, and the broken furniture already indicate this place has seen better days. The rooms are dirty and poorly maintained. I am talking about stains in the carpet, stains on the wall, a mouldy smell, and broken furniture. Absolutely ridiculous because such a layer of dust, as I have seen lying everywhere, does not accumulate in a few months, it takes years. Furthermore, the food is tasteless and they are merely focussed on providing quantity instead of quality. Even the paid for a la carte restaurants served frozen fish such as salmon (salmon is a Nordic fish that does not live in the Mediterranean). But even the dorado or squid tasted frozen and the bisque was just fish water. The staff was nice but we could tell the hotel was only focused on one particular kind of guest form one certain country. Everyone is drinking blend Chivas Regal all day and eating tasteless fatty food. All the entertainment and communication is also done to please one particular kind of guest. No wonder we were the only Western-Europeans there...

I had the best time in there, the stuff was super nice to us, everything we asked for we got it. The hotel itself is very beautiful and spaceous, but the staff that work there won my heart. Wish you all the best in the future and thank you very much!

Considering the price we had a very good service, comparable to the upper class hotels. Good drinks and desserts. Large rooms.

Best staff in the world, but apart from that the hotel is mediocre. I’ve been in this hotel 5 years ago, but it’s not that great anymore. Food is tasteless, rooms are neglected and cleaning service is too sloppy. Also, a lot of the activities are focused on the Russian guests (which is a shame because there are a lot of other people too). Although I think the hotel can do a LOT better. I want to thank the staff for their kindness and hard work!

Rooms, food, pools and sea is amazing at this hotel. My and my family been there 5 times already and we can't get enough of it. Animators is very friendly and its very fun to spend time with them. Love this hotel.

Excellent beach and sea, need to better facility on the beach such as snack service instead of take away. The rooms are ok however probably need some renouvatuon in the close future. The kitchen is rich and delicious. The restaurants are open air. Service quality is needed to be improved. Overall very good need some improvement for reaching Nirvana?
