★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Çok kötüydü .İstanbul dan Söke ye gelecek olan kargoyu üzerinde yazan isim ve adrese hiç bakmadan direk Bursa da birakmis çalışan personel. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum.
It was very bad. Employees working directly in Bursa regardless of the name and address written on the cargo that will come from Istanbul to Söke. I definitely do not recommend.

My seat number was changed without telling me anything. They changed the ticket for my grandson to the back and me to another place. The company's statement changed the ticket to izmir, they said that the ministry had changed before and they talked mockingly. I traveled so many times, I didn't see such nonsense. They made fun of me.

Very bad customer service, we couldn't reach you, we called from 9 in the evening until 3 at night, we could not get a ticket, it's a disgraceful company

İzmir otogar dışında 1kez mola verdik, yol uzun olduğu icin tek mola olmasi ve wc ihtiyaci duyacagim endisesi yasadim acikcasi ama adaya dönerken 2kez mola verdik:)
Kusadasi'na dönerken gorevli muavin Serhat Bey'di, cok ilgili ve kibar bir personel. Ben memnun kaldim, tekrar seyahat ederim.
It is a company that I have experienced for the first time. I used it for the Kusadasi-Ankara expedition, the vehicles are fine, it is best to arrive earlier than the time specified on the internet? It is more affordable than other companies. We took one break outside the Izmir bus station, I was worried that it would be the only break because the road was long and I would need a WC, to be honest, but we took 2 breaks on the way back to the island :)
On the way back to Kusadasi, the on-duty assistant was Mr. Serhat, a very caring and polite staff member. I am satisfied, I will travel again.
