Bei einer Reklamation gingen sie nicht auf unser Anliegen ein. Meine Freundin hatte sich Sandaletten aus echt Leder gekauft, die nach einem Tag ausgeleiert waren. Die Begründung des Inhabers war: bei Leder kann sowas durchaus passieren....
Ja er hat zwar recht aber doch nciht nach einer Nutzung von zwei Stunden!
Die Qualität ist für die überteuerten Preise sehr schlecht!
Überlegt es euch zweimal!
Very poor quality of shoes.
In a complaint they did not respond to our concerns. My girlfriend had bought sandals made of genuine leather, which were worn out after a day. The reason of the owner was: in leather something can happen ....
Yes, he is right, but not after a usage of two hours!
The quality is very bad for the overpriced prices!
