★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place seriously require a renovation . The furniture and almost everything is old. The room needed to be aired and we did not have water to drink. It was brought after I asked for it thrice. There is only one elevator and it is slower than average. The elevator's door also responds slow. Makes you trip while trying to exit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Past its best but very clean with great location. Reception know very little English. Breakfast was the usual Turkish breakfast buffet but prepared with love and care by a chef that kept ensuring the serving dishes were full, wiping any spills and realigning serving spoons.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is fantastic and close to the amazing Gaziantep pazarı. However, the shape/layout of the room was the tightest and most uncomfortable I have ever experienced. The bathroom was so tight and narrow that you must keep the door open to use the sink; closed to use the toilet. The shower doesn't have any curtain, so the water splashes everywhere. The breakfast is very good.
