The carpets I ordered from Hepsiburada seem to be waiting in the cargo for 4 days. Barcode was given to the cargo, the product was not given. A COMPANY that stalls so I don't cancel, doesn't deliver our product, and doesn't pick up the phone. STAY AWAY!
