 When I came back to return the product that I bought 3 days ago on 03.02.2020, the lady who was interested in us did not have a kindness with the attitude and behavior of a person who did not suit the nike shop officially because we wanted to return a product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Geçen hafta yaptığımız alışverişte beden nedeniyle beklememiz gerekti. Bu süreçte mağaza bizi duzenli olarak bilgilendirdi. Tekrar ugramamiz mümkün olmayan bir durum geliştiği halde hiç sorun etmeden eve biraktilar. Ürünümuzu birakan Tunç beye de ayrica tesekkur ederiz.
Last week we had to wait because of the size of the shopping. During this period, the store informed us regularly. Although they were unable to come back, they left the house without any problems. We also thank Mr. Tunç for leaving our product.

I bought a basketball shoe from here and my brother used it in the basketball hall and he was a semi-professional player and they sell it very well while selling air blasts in 3 months, but unfortunately there is no such thing, I guaranteed the product I bought 2 times we are guilty for this job I CALLED OUR OWN CUSTOMER SERVICES. IF YOU BUY FROM OUR OWN SITE, THEY HAVE A 2 YEAR WARRANTY AND WE GET AN UNCONDITIONAL REFUND, then this Ket plaza and Kule store are not under Nike's warranty and they make us deal with the consumer arbitrator, I will never buy socks again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mağaza güzel. Sezon ürünleri satılıyor. Liste fiyatları geçerli. Uygun almak için indirim kampanyası beklemek gerekiyor. Ürün çeşidi daha fazla olabilir.
The store is beautiful. Seasonal products are on sale. List prices apply. You have to wait for the discount campaign to get eligible. The product variety could be more.

Dissatisfied with the reason for the return and the male staff saying: "Let go of these things"?.. Sorry, but I have the right to return it and I use it, you may be asking as per the procedure, but where do you find the right to comment? There is not much variety in the store.
