Well respect and friendly personel

I love Nike sneakers, it would be better if they have a bigger choice here. Anyway, for such a small city as Denizli, they are doing their job pretty well.

Staff wasn't friendly and helpful. We came to the cash desk and it took way too long before they saw us. There were no other customers in the store then me and my friends and the staff was with approximately 6 employees! My friend ordered a Nike tech sweatpants to the store. When she tried it at home the size was too big for her. When she came back with the sweatpants, she couldn't order an XS and they couldn't give her her money back because there was a system error, so they told her that she could come another time. Well okay, this could happen, no problem right? She left her sweatpants there, (I would have never done this, that's my friend's fault), and came back the next time. They told her that they already sold the pants when we asked for it. They also told her that they couldn't give her her money back because they needed a transaction number or something. I told them that it is not normal to sell a property of someone. My friend also called her Bank for the transaction number, and since we don't live in Turkey, but in the Netherlands it was a big problem either. We waited for almost an hour, and at the end they still couldn't give her money back. Suddenly they found the pants and gave it to her, but it was not in a nice way. The manager didn't even look at us, and didn't come to help us I didn't expect this from a big brand like Nike. They couldn't search for the transaction in the computer either, so I think the system sucks. They really need to do something about the system in Turkey. But me and my friends will never go to the Nike store in Forum Camlik Denizli ever.
