I bought the shoes and after 2-3 weeks there was an opening. I wore them on the way from the lodging to work. I didn't wear them even once while working. I don't understand how they say it's user error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Входите в торговый центр и спускаетесь на этаж ниже. Отдельный магазин с логотипом. Я сперва не могла найти. Ходила по другим спорт.магазинам. Оказывается это отдельный бутик, где продаются только товары Nike. Долго не могла найти.
Всё показали, принесли. Но коллектив показался не очень профессиональным.
Enter the mall and go down to the floor below. Separate store with logo. I couldn't find it at first. I went to other sports shops. It turns out that this is a separate boutique where only Nike products are sold. I couldn't find it for a long time.
Everything was shown and brought. But the team seemed not very professional.

We asked to bring shoes from other Nike from Ankara shop and prepaid for them.
We asked to bring 38.5 and 39 size so we would be able to choose. Manager agreed. Like in any delivery’s.
They promised to bring in 2 days. They brought it only in 6 days. They Brought only 1 size. It wasn’t OK for us.
We asked to get refund. They didn’t want to make refund before we bring receipt even though they have receipt and our names in machine.
They treat people only as money bags. Not as people.
