Store employees are disinterested, disrespectful and rude. They exhibit attitudes and behaviors that do not suit the Nike brand. Disgrace is nothing but folly.

Ayakkabı hiç kullanılmadığı halde kullanılmış olduğu ve değişim yapılmayacağı kasadaki ilgi ve nezaketten yoksun görevli kasiyer bayan tarafından bildirildi. Israr etmemize ve değişim yapılmama nedenini yazılı olarak talep ettiğimiz halde bunuda yapamayacakları ve ne yaparsanız yapın şeklinde saygısızca bir üslupla muhatap olmak zorunda kaldık. Cepa Nike mağazasında karşılaştığımız bu saygısız nezaket yoksunu görevli bayanın bu tavırlarından dolayı hukuki süreç başlatılacak olup ürün değişimi ile ilgili kanuni sürecin sonucuda burdan ayrıca paylaşılacaktır.
Although we have made many purchases, we wanted to exchange the sneakers we bought for my son yesterday with another product. It was reported by the cashier lady, who lacked the interest and courtesy at the cash register, that the shoes were used even though they were never used and that no change would be made. Even though we insisted and demanded the reason for not making a change in writing, we had to deal with them with a disrespectful tone saying that they could not do it and no matter what you do. Due to the attitude of this disrespectful lady in charge we encountered in Cepa Nike store, a legal process will be initiated and the result of the legal process regarding the product change will also be shared here.
