İyi ki aynı şehirdeyiz, bir de farklı şehirde olsak kaç ayda elime geçer acaba? her aradığımda telefonumu alıp, bana döneceklerini söylemelerine karşılık asla dönmediler. Siteden aldığım ürünün sipariş takip numarası vs bile görünmedi, aradığımda kargoya verince takip numarasını mesaj olarak alacağım söylendi. Bence müşteri memnuniyeti için bu kargolama işini hızlandırmalı ve sistemleştirmeliler. Bana daha çok el yordamıyla yapılan bir sistemsizlikleri var gibi geldi.
