My only advice would be to stay away. The Internet is interrupted, the washing machine breaks down, and you cannot even find a contact. Supposedly, you trust that there is a 24-hour attendant, they can get lost at 11pm and sleep somewhere and you may not be able to arrive until morning. If you enter in the middle of the month, they will ask for the money of the whole month at the exit, and if you leave at the beginning of the month, they will ask for the money of the whole month. When we first agreed, when we had to leave even though we spoke otherwise, we encountered demands in this direction. We were obliged to pay for more than a month of absence.
