Rooms are a bit small but very suitable for short stays. The location is also nice, some rooms also have dam view. Prices are reasonable compared to regular hotels. Breakfast is standard but not bad. No heating, hot water, cleaning problems.

We stayed for 4 nights, we also had an accommodation plan in Antakya, but we liked this place so much, we spent the night here again. Located in a very nice neighborhood. In terms of service, it is far superior to its peers. The building and rooms are new, breakfast and dining room are large and spacious. Receptionists are very good. There are students who work and they are very good. There is plenty of variety only at breakfast, but the products used are okay. Room services could be improved a bit. If we come to Adana again, we will prefer this place again. Single person accommodation 180 TL. The restaurant is much better and hygienic than the streets of Adana. The appetizers are great. The tea in the tea shop is always fresh. The sound insulation of the rooms is problematic in the bathroom part.

We stayed with my family on 27-31 March 2022. Although it is an application hotel, it is in the comfort of a 5-star hotel. A quiet facility. Rooms are large and spacious. We stayed in room 116 with lake view. Rooms are clean and towels and linen are changed daily if you wish. The staff was always smiling from the start. Since it is an application hotel, the working friends are always young staff. The breakfast buffet is included in the room price. If you wish, you can also have lunch and dinner for a fee. Prices are very reasonable and the food is very tasty. We went to Adana for the first time and it was a hotel we went on recommendation. The attendees are usually teachers and business people. Always decent people, full family place. If I were to go again, I would definitely choose the same place again. Thanks to Nezihe Yalvaç family for making us feel like at home for 5 days. In general, it is a clean hotel. 180 TL for 1 person with breakfast, the price is very good. Breakfast is adequate. I did not use the blanket because there is no blanket or duvet cover in the closet. That's why I got a little cold at night. We are asked to fill in and sign the covid 19 form at the entrance, but the staff themselves do not wear masks. In general, it is a hotel that I can recommend.
