The building was built in 1896. The restoration of İnebolu Houses was carried out without changing the historical texture. The doors in the house were renewed with their initial construction, preserving their naturalness. Although the exterior view of the culture house is 2 floors, it is seen that it has 5 floors when the building is entered. When you go down to the garden, you can see the naturally made water well and bread oven. When you enter the house, you encounter two parallel stairs going up to the upper floors. There is a rich library with 4000 books waiting for the visitors inside the building. You can see the photographs of the coal-fired ships showing the trade of the district off İnebolu in the 1900s. The photographs of the marching band set up by the district tradesmen in the 1928s with their own means and the women from Inebolu who took the first steps to civilization and modernity in our country in the 1930s are also here.
