It is such a bad plaza that even the windows are not wiped, the outside cannot be seen, it is officially dirty, although it is one of the most expensive plazas in Ankara.

Covid measures are very strict. They give you a temporary card to enter as a visitor to use the elevator in exchange for your ID. They even place it in a tiny ziplock bag. You press the elevator buttons with a stick and you feel like a leper. The cleanliness of the floor & toilet, the seriousness of the employees, the elegance of the environment are extraordinary.
