Rooms are clean and tidy

Very nice and clean and good service

nice and comfy hotel. like swiss blade, small but really efficient. i have stayed in family room, it was quite large. only problem is elevators, damn they stop everywhere..

The place is loud (just in front of busy street) and dirty (one bin was full, the flor wasn't cleaned up). Photos are misleading. Hall is dark and small, the room also was different than in the photos.

I think Kayseri's the cleanest hotel. I would definitely recommend that the sensitive ones in hygiene and sanitation will definitely prefer this facility. The traditional dishes prepared in the restaurant were great. It is also superior to other hotels in the field in terms of price / performance. Thanks to hard working professional staff.

The bedding in the room was very dirty. the pillow case had some black dirt on it, so we had to request additional pillows. there was no towels in the room when we checked in. We needed to requested three separarte times to be able to receive it. The first time we called, waited few hours, no clean pillows and towel was delivered. Then we had to go down to tell the reception, still got nothing when we were back from dinner. The third time I had to tell them I would be waiting in the lobby till I receive the thing we requested. and finally we got the things. Also there were yellow spots on the blanket, and I felt face and neck itchy during the entire night ( I do have sensitive skin). Therefore I won’t recommend to anyone who has sensitive skin. Overall, this is the worst hotel experience I have ever had in Turkey. if you are looking for a legit hotel, Divan is much much much better choice. The only reason I stayed in Newway was evacuase Divan was fully booked.
