★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ciddi bir tadilat ihtiyaçları var. Kahvaltı salonunda gece yağan yağmurdan dolayı sular şıpır şıpır masalara damlıyordu. Asansör korku evi gibi. :(
 They need serious renovation. The water was dripping on the tables in the breakfast room due to the night rain. The elevator is like a horror house. :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hem temiz hem hijyenik. Karşılama ayrı bir güzel gerçekten çok memnun kaldım. Yataklar süper duşa kabin süper müşteri memnuniyetiniz ayrı bir güzel. Restorant yemekleri aşırı süper. Kahvaltı menüsünde kuş sütü eksik sadece. Urfa ya uğradığım zaman mutlaka geldiğim otel. Çok teşekkür ederim
It is both clean and hygienic. The welcome was really nice. I was very pleased. Beds are super, shower cabin is super, your customer satisfaction is a different thing. Restaurant food is super awesome. Bird's milk is missing from the breakfast menu. It is the hotel I always come to when I visit Urfa. Thank you so much

It is also a nice hotel with its clean, tidy, caring, understanding, thoughtful, polite and friendly staff, where every need is considered, from the floor to the katel in the rooms. I recommend it to everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otelde yeterli hizmet personeli bulunmamaktaydı. Oda yeterince temizlenmemişti. Asansör kirli ve sürekli rahatsız edici gürültülerde cabası. Şiddetle tavsiye etmiyorum.
There were not enough service personnel in the hotel. The room was not cleaned enough. Not to mention the elevator is dirty and constantly disturbing noises. I do not strongly recommend it.

We stayed for 1 day with my wife and child before Ramadan, I definitely do not recommend it, not a family hotel, it's an empty place, the staff are very lonely, male and female, they are very friendly, strange sounds come from the rooms with broken windows, think carefully before your stay in Urfa, your trip should not be disappointed

The location is great. The rooms are very spacious. The breakfast is rich and the service is very good. The staff is friendly and sincere.. There are two physical problems in the building.. The carpets on the stairs are torn and dirty, the wallpapers and paints in the corridors are quite deformed. Also, the bird droppings in front of the windows overlooking the street are long. It has not been cleaned for a long time..The price is also very economical..The place to go again..
