Yeri yanıltmasın çevre yolu ve anadolu bulvarına çok yakın olduğu için ulaşım çok iyi macunköy metrosuna yakın. Muadili bir site yakında bulamazsınız nevbahar çok pahalı. Dış cepheyide yaptırdılar çok güzel oldu.
The perfect site in Ostim Serhat Region. The management is number 10 with security, calm decent, no fight, no noise. Don't be misled, the transportation is very close to the macunköy metro, as it is very close to the ring road and Anatolian boulevard. You will not find a counterpart site soon, nevbahar is very expensive. It was very nice to have it built on the exterior.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mücevher kent sitesi 3 a,b,c blokları var biraz ilerde 500-600 metre ilerde Yeni Mücevher kent sitesi var orada ki bloklar 5 ile basliyor... Bilmeyenler ve yeni gelecek olanlar için sürekli adres sorun olacaktır. Birisinin ismi değişik olsa sorun olmazdı sanki...

Yatırım amaçlı alınabilecek kira getirisi yüksek dailer. Organize sanayi bölgesine yakın olduğu için satışta müşteri ve kiralamada kiracı bulmak oldukça kolay.
