İki kez yolculuk yaptim Ankara Aksaray hattinda. Yazıhane çalışanları sitede yazan fiyattan farklı fiyat talep ettiler.Durumu dile getirince küstahlaştilar. Aynı zamanda çalışanlar muavin dahil sevimsiz antipatik. Şereflikoçhisar otogarini geçtikten sonra ki ışıklarda inebilir miyim dedim YASAK duramayiz dediler otogara gelene kadar 3 yerde durdular. Yüzlerine vurunca çirkefleştiler "Yolcu da mi almayalım " gibisinden IQ yoksunu bir savunma yaptilar. Velhasıl malum pandemi döneminde bırakın maske kontrolünü bir kolonya dahi ikram etmediler. Araç içinde çoğu maskesiz. Uyarınca kötü olduk. Gözümde beş para etmez bir firma. Sonu iyi değil zannımca. Bir yıldız arabanın yeni olmasına verdim ama havalandırma asla çalışmaz.

Aksaray da diğer otobüs firmaları ile kıyaslandığında, 5 yıldız. 10 yıldır İzmir Kayseri Nevşehir Bursa Şanlıurfa seferlerinde bizzat tercihimdir

Yeni Aksaray Seyehat Otobüsü Konforlu değil Motorun sesi insanı çokfazla Rahatsız edecek derecede yüksek kaptan Çok fazla sigara içiyor Camı veya havalandırmayı açmadığı için Sigara dumanı diğer yolcuları rahatsız ediyor Araç saat 13:00 da Aksaray'dan İstanbul Esenler otogarına Hareket etti Normalinde 9saat 45 dakika sürmesi gereken yolculuk yaklaşık 11 saat sürdü ve gece 23:50'de İstanbul Esenler otogarına geldi Aksaray ile İstanbul arasında kaç şehir varise bütün Şehirlerin otogarına Girdi Bu benim bu firmada ikinci yolculuğum oldu her ikiside Berbat Deneyimlerime dayanarakdan Kesinlikle bu firmaile yolculuk Tavsiye Etmiyorum...

Ankara - istanbul yönünde seyahat etmek için bilet aldım seyahat zamanına 2-3 saat kala benim bilgim ve onayım dahilinde olmadan kafalarına göre yer değişikliğinde bulunmuşlar . Hamile olduğum için cam kenarı tercih ettim ama bana verdikleri koltuk orta kapı önü soğuk geliyor çöp içerisinde bir koltuk eğer burayı isteseydim parasıyla burayı alırdım . Paranızla rezil oluyorsunuz arayıp bilgi almak için konuştuğumda küstah küstah cevaplar aldım . İşi resmen ticarete döktüğünü ve otobüs doluluğunun daha önemli olduğu söylendi insan hayatını madem bu kadar önemsemiyordunuz keşke böyle bir firma kurmasaydınız bu yorumu öne çıksın diye bilerek yapıyorum herkes görsün ve bilet alırken buna göre hareket etsinler .

Good company to travel

We had an absolutely heinous experience with this company. We were travelling with two bicycles from Antalya to Istanbul. We went to the office, booked our tickets, showed the man at the desk the bicycles, to which he told us it wasn't a problem, we then went out to the bus with our ticket where the driver wouldn't load the bikes on the bus, so we started loading them ourselves, we were stopped, and told we couldn't load them on, after a dramatic performance, acting as it the weight of the world was on his shoulders and some yelling and spitting, we finally got the bikes on, 5 minutes in to the trip we were approached in a very aggressive way and demanded an exorbitant fee for the bicycles after the man at the desk told it wouldn't be a problem, we refused to pay, and the aggression and dramatic performances continued hours in to the journey, at one point we were told that we had to pay this exorbitant fee or we would be kicked off the bus in the middle of nowhere, in the end we made him an offer to which we wasn't happy with, but in the end they took our offer. (I should add that the combined weight of our bikes and bags was under the allowed weight of 30kg). The staff were incredibly aggressive and arrogant, I was surprised I got out of the experience without getting in a fist fight. We had an absolutely terrible experience, I will never recommend this bus company, I would rather walk, on two broken legs, in the snow and ice, dragging a ball and chain, than use this bus company.

Lacks professionalism. Does not respect departure time. Stops to pick up passengers like public transportation. Does not arrive on destination as scheduled. Comfort was ok. Use only if you have to.
