 As a volunteer dedicated to stray animals for years, I would NOT recommend this veterinary clinic !!! EVEN ONE STAR IS MANY !!!

I would definitely recommend to friends who are housemates and those who have ruptures. The owner is a young, dynamic, veterinarian with strong communication skills. It has not spoiled its hygiene and quality especially for years. A business that has the chance of Bolu

You can entrust your children to this clinic with your eyes closed. All employees take care of animals with heartfelt love. Especially Fatma Hanım is a wonderful human being and a true animal lover. Thank you very much to Mr. Olcay, Mr. Alparslan and the whole team. Good luck ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tatil için geldiğimiz Bolu’da ormanlık alanda bulduğumuz ölmek üzere olan yavru kediyi ne pansiyon ne de tedavi için hiç bir veteriner kabul etmedi. Neva veteriner kliniği hem tedavi hem de pansiyon için kabul etti ve harika ilgilendiler. Sayelerinde kedi kısa sürede toparladı. Gerçekten ilgililer. Yavru hakkında bizi sürekli bilgilendirdiler ve video paylaştılar, gözümüz arkada kalmadı. Çok teşekkür ederiz.
Neither a boarding house nor any veterinarian accepted the dying kitten, which we found in the forest area in Bolu, where we came for a holiday. Neva veterinary clinic accepted both for treatment and boarding and they took great care. Thanks to them, the cat recovered in a short time. They are really relevant. They kept us informed about the puppies and shared videos, we were not left behind. Thank you very much.

He is a veterinarian we go to all the time, but he is treated according to his person, and although the normal price of the mixed vaccine is 150, the price for you is 180, and the kittens died one by one after the serum. They don't even deserve a star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kedim yüksekten düştüğünde her zamanki geldiğimiz veterinere yani buraya getirdik tedavisi için. Endişeli ve korkmuş olduğumuzdan dolayı oradaki hekime sorular sorunca gülerek 'ben bu kadar sorulara gelemem' dedi. Tüm sorularımızı yanıtlaması gerekirken böyle bir yaklaşım çok mantıklı bir hareket değildi açıkçası. O veterineri kullanan başka bir kişinin de kötü yorumu (kedisine uygulanan yanlış tedavi sonucu yavrunun çok daha kötü hale gelmesi) üzerine o veterinerden tamamen uzaklaştık.
When my cat fell from a height, we brought her to the veterinarian we always come here, for treatment. When we asked questions to the doctor there because we were worried and scared, he laughed and said 'I can't come to this many questions'. While it should have answered all our questions, such an approach was obviously not a very logical move. Upon the bad comments of another person using that veterinarian (the kitten became much worse as a result of the wrong treatment applied to his cat), we moved away from that veterinarian completely.
