I went to netbil because my computer suddenly shut down. They said my computer had motherboard chipset failure and asked for 1000 lira + 18% VAT. In other words, they took 1180 lira price. I trusted netbil even though I knew the price was expensive. They said it was repaired about 1 month later and called. As soon as I saw the computer, I noticed the coffee stain on the upper case. They drank a lot of coffee with a mug on the counter. I did not extend the matter. When I went home and tried the computer, I noticed that the battery was not working. The next day I noticed that the external video card was not showing. They didn't even think of checking the graphics card after repairing the motherboard. I tried to deal with it thinking there might be a problem with updates, but it did not happen. I had to take the computer and go to another city urgently. On my 5th day where I went, the computer was shut down and never turned on again. My keyboard was working before my computer shut down. I wrote a negative comment on Netbil's Google comments. Calling on the phone and saying, “Disrespect for our trades you do. We could not match at all. Please bring the computer, let's handle it ”and asked me to delete the comment. I did that too. When I came back to Gebze, the first job was to hand over the computer. After a week they called and said that they had fixed the battery problem, the computer was turned on but the video card chipset was defective. They gave a price of 1500 lira. I didn't get it repaired because 1180 + 1500 was too much. I went and received the computer. When I turned on the computer, I noticed that 8 keys did not press in total when I wanted to enter the password. I called the phone and explained the situation. Before repairing the motherboard, I mentioned why they did not detect the defect in the graphics card and the letters on the keyboard did not press. A Mechanical Engineering student offered me an interesting metaphor saying, "I cannot understand the problem in transmission without repairing an engine". “Before the engine was repaired, I should have been informed that there may be problems with the transmission,” I said. They said, "We can fix your keyboard for free, but you will not give a bad comment to Google as before". Since they offered me the repair of the keyboard that they broke down as a blessing to me, I started out saying "You don't need to repair the keyboard, you're really funny." In all comments, they mentioned how many years of business they were. If they get 1200 lira unfairly from me, and how many liras from him, of course they will stand up for so many years. As a result, I wouldn't find these prices odd if they were professionals, but they are real amateurs. We have seen that until the customer relations got my money. The friend on the phone who is talking about trades is really disrespectful.
