.NEŞET EFENDİ MANSION Neşet Efendi Mansion was built by the late Neşet Topaloğlu for the architect Hacı Ahmet Usta and his journeymen from Aleppo, who was nicknamed "Mimar'us Sultan" in those years. This master also built the Kilis Government House. The building consists of a basement and 2 upper floors. The first floor consists of 6 rooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom and toilet. The famous cut stones of Kilis were used in the mansion, which was built as a full masonry. These stones were worked by the masters in Kilis. The building was reinforced with flat irons just under the roof. The building required a large roof. The roof was made by Naccar (carpenter) Mehmet Usta, and the interior joinery, shutters and doors (shellac) were made by Naccar Halit Usta. The interior wall plasters were plastered as soap plaster with the material prepared with lime and hemp used in Kilis. The marble and tiles of the building were brought to Kilis via Iskenderun by sea from Italy. The rooms on the first floor are furnished with tiles, the large room with red and white Italian marbles, and the small living room with the kitchen and bathroom is furnished with Gaziantep marble. The stairs are made of Gaziantep marble. The construction of the said building started in 1925 and was completed in 1927. The building also has a water cistern to collect rainwater. His mouth is also on the first floor. On the 2nd floor, the rooms are again tiled with tiles and the big hall is completely covered with Italian marble. The kitchen, bathroom, small living room and stairs are exactly the same as on the first floor. And it was donated to the Ministry of Tourism by his family as a museum.

Neşet Efendi Mansion, one of the important historical places of Kilis, which was used as a provincial public library before, is now allocated to the use of the foundation called tügva, although it has served different purposes over time, it is one of the rare historical structures that can reach today without losing its historical texture.
