Nice food, good staff but not clean

Not bad location but reception very dar hotel entrance

Hotel is so nice. Location and garden area good. Foods good. Rooms clean and enough level. Especially beach are wonderfull. Hotel actities. Are. Spa and fitness and pool good. We love gereken much. Recommend

The hotel is strong 4 stars in services and the food. The rooms are old really and the hotel territory is small and old as well. Though a pool, services, food again are very good.

It was extremely cheap all inclusive, didn't expect a lot to be honest. I was positively surprised, though. Quite a clean hotel, nice simple rooms, limitless access to a bottled water, big pool. Beach is like 5 minutes of walking. Few metres away from the hotel u can find a supermarket and enormous Street market with fake Guccis ? the best thing about the hotel - the FOOD. This buffet is...wow. Around 5 different desserts every day, all the sorts of greens, Turkish specialities, vegetarian dishes, meet... Be ready to gain few kgs during the vacation ?

Booked this hotel with 2 months notice. Arrived with the manager telling us they're booked up and gave us a family room as a replacement. ( 3 of us ) are traveling and need our privacy. Their Expedia information is misleading, the map is near the beach ( it's not they have shuttles due to this ), their pictures of their hotel on the beach ( do not believe this ), wifi is not free and is not available in the rooms AT ALL. Despite our experience this place is great for seniors/families and the staff is polite.

Myself and partner are disabled and the hotel has no lift. So was a nightmare getting to the first floor dining room. Also put us on top floor on arrival and told us only room available, so had to get up there some how. Took us both best part of an hour and a half. We were moved down to ground floor day after but I had to do the luggage myself which wasted a day of my holiday as I was to tired to do anything after it. The general state of both rooms we had were shocking. Bedding wasn't changed the entire two weeks we were there and neither were the towels,so we went and bought our own. Both our pain meds were stolen out of our room by so called cleaners. We reported it but nothing was done.we reported everything wrong at various intervals, but everything fell on deaf ears.All in all, if you are looking for a hotel stay away from this one. Only one plus the food is good and is fresh. But the beer is terrible and spirits I could drink all day strait and still appear to be sober.if I could give this place a 0 star I would.
