Built in 1926 by Necmettin Feyzioğlu from Kayseri, the mansion started to serve as a library with the restoration it saw in 2012. It is very close to the city square, so it attracts great attention. You can buy a safety book by becoming a member.

I am happy that it is a library that I like, in the style of nostalgia, but unfortunately, I can not be as comfortable as in the other libraries, but they said it was forbidden, perhaps, in terms of smell or sound or sinking. They told me how many times they wanted me to sit where they wanted, so they told me to replace reading books when they wanted, someone said before that I should sit there, but repulsive! I am surprised where I will sit. There is a corner for reading a book, this is where the magazine is located at the table where the place is read.

I stop by from time to time, it has a peaceful environment for the soul and it is a very quiet environment.

During my time in the library, I personally witnessed that the person whose name I learned was Mehmet Bey from the library personnel fulfilled his duty in a very meticulous manner within the framework of the concept of librarianship, made the necessary warnings to those who disturbed others and left a positive effect in this respect. I would like to add a separate parenthesis to the fact that this situation is not applied in some libraries of Kayseri. Apart from the large table on the upper floor in the library, the smallness of the other work tables and the hardness of the wooden chairs are uncomfortable. If a solution is found in this situation, I can say that it is one of the most ideal libraries.

A library where you can experience history in the middle of the city. Not open on Sunday and Monday. The place is open 8-17 on other days of the week. The only place where I can study without getting bored ?

It is a quiet, beautiful place where you can experience history in the bazaar. You do not get bored while studying. Although small, I could find a place every time I went. The only downside for me is that it's a little cold.
