There is an immaculate government office and friendly officers. Man is surprised, but it is. You do your work easily and when you see someone laughing around you, your energy rises naturally. Of course, it is not what is expected from a government agency, but contrary to what is known, this is the case.

Construction work is intense. The population is at the top. I couldn't see an elevator. Elderly and sick people can hardly go to the top floor.
