★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bir yılda iki arıtma sistemi almamam rağmen satış sonrası vermiş olduğu servis hizmetinde çözüm odaklı bir yaklaşım yok maalesef. Şehir dışına tayinim çıkmasına rağmen destek olmak amacıyla arıtma sistemi alıp izmir'e götürdüm ama ondan sonrası filtre eksikliğindeki sunduğu çözüm ve bir kargo ücretini bile çok görmesi maalesef çok hoş olmadı.
 Although I did not buy two treatment systems in a year, unfortunately, there is no solution-oriented approach in the after-sales service. Even though I was transferred out of the city, I bought a treatment system to support it and brought it to Izmir, but after that, it was not very pleasant to see the solution to the lack of filter and even a shipping fee.
