The building is architecturally good, perhaps one of the best, but its location is in the wrong place. Next to the ring road. My beautiful project has been disgraced. I also shared it with them. It should have been at least 750 meters within 1 km. It would be fought... The effort was wasted...

We liked Natura houses very much. We realized how well thought out everything was with the valuable explanations of Mr. Ugur.. We would also like to thank Mr. Uğur for his hospitality.

I liked the exterior work of the apartment kitchen section very much.

We visited two weeks ago. As the son of an architect father, his architecture is beautiful. Very well thought out. 200 meters from the ring road, there is no problem with that. It was said that there is no market around, there is no market right now. The person who gave this money here always has at least one car. He gets into the car and does his shopping 400 meters away. There are two problems for me: 1) A little expensive. 2) When the epidemic means curfew; people will not be able to come to see this place, there will be no sale Does this construction end at the end of the year? It ends if its capital is strong.

The worst feature is its location. There is no grocery store nearby and the bottom of the ring road is noisy in summer, but there was no sound in the sample flat with the window closed in winter. If we come to other bad features, there is an unnecessary excess of sitting space in 4 + 1 apartments. Right at the entrance of the apartment, there is an area closed with a glass partition, and large sitting areas in the living room and kitchen. A balcony could be built instead of the sitting area in the kitchen. Being without a balcony was also negative for us. Young rooms remain small as in other projects, the wardrobe is ready, but when you say the bookcase was the other furniture, it may not fit. The bedroom looked nice in size, and the material in the ensuite bathroom looked good too. In addition, I have seen so many 4 + 1 houses and I have not seen so many guest house designs that will stay overnight. If you are a family with 2 children, there is no room to protect the privacy of the guest. For this, the sitting area at the entrance, which is covered with glass in the project, should definitely be closed with a wall and a separate room should be made. There is no storage space like in the next project, which is a minus. The most important positive difference from other projects is that the entrance to the apartment is made through the glass door at first. After that glass door, there is a steel door. Entry to the apartment is provided from there. In the section I mentioned, there is a coat rack and shoe cabinet for the guests, really well thought out. When we saw that Relax Plus, an architectural and engineering disaster, was also made by the same company in the interview area we went to with its negative features, our opinion was completely negative. I hope this project doesn't look like Relax Plus.

Some things were said about the project, such as its proximity to the ring road, etc. Even though I live on the site just behind it, I have never been bothered by the sounds of vehicles passing by the ring road until today. When we look at the projects around, be it the design and the material used, the need for the company to be very strong, this is the project with the most affordable price among its peers, I think they bought its iron and material long ago. It was said that there is no market, etc. nearby, and when it comes to the fact that people living here have at least 2 cars, this is no longer a problem, so bring, dolphin, altunbilekler and informer markets bring orders to your home by courier...

In a region where roads were newly built, life was not like a city. The biggest drawback was that it didn't have a balcony. The only positive thing I see is that they used quality materials in the apartments.

A valuable project... Natura series is a wonderful project with its qualified architectural structure, social areas and spacious and high quality interior structure.
