Natur Garden Hotel Bitez Bodrum

Just got back from a week at natur garden hotel, and I must admit I was a bit afraid due to all the bad reviews. but we had a really nice week, staff was sweet, food okay and cleaning every day. Nice pool with loads of sun beds, everything was very clean, rooms a bit small, but fine. No complaints at all, I would be happy to go there again .

Great location. Bitez is super for families with children. We have got a great room with garden view. Rooms are clean. Personal is very kind. They are practicly everywhere but unnoticed. Delicious food. Hotel has a very interesting concept with gardens, pool, bar.

Terrible. We were the only English in the whole of the hotel. Staff speak very very little English. Other guests were very rude to us calling us English scum. All other nationalities given a glass for beer we got small plastic cup. Rooms small. Balcony OK if you want to nosey at the hotel wall opposite. Flys all over the food. Constantly felt intimidated. When I told the manager we were leaving he was nasty and made me sign a deceleration before we left saying I wouldn't make a claim against the hotel. No one spoke we felt like aliens.

Just great hotel!Recommend it to any tourist.Beatufil atmosphere in the hotel - pleasant music,territory full of flowers and palms, tasty food,large swimming pool,relaxing lounge zones.5 mins walk to the beach.

the bartender would give you beer in small glasses and argue with you if you left with his glass out of sight. under no circumstances let you take a glass of water in the room. On the first day I asked him for juice and he put vodka with juice at 11 in the morning. do not wash the glasses with detergent, unclog the sink and then with dirty hands serve your drink and foam down with the same dirty hands. I preferred to drink outside the hotel.

I was there with my family in August. The room I stayed in was small but clean with a bathroom and AC ,which was not too quiet but efficient. WI-Fi was available only in one place near the fountain and I had to restart my phone many times to get access. All the rest was great : food, swimming pool, plants like in a garden, helpful staff . I really anjoyed my holliday there. A few words about the town BIZET. The hotel was close to the beach ,but without beach chairs. The beach was not bad, but there were more charming ones in nearby towns. There were not too many shops, olny bars and restaurants but if there was a need, it was not a problem to take a taxi or a bus to go to Bodrum or a boat trip along the bay.

The outer-side of the hotel is nice.. The rooms were not clean.. Staff were all nice and friendly.. The guy in the bar named Yashar was rude and always drowsy, can’t understand a word of English. If you don’t speak Turkish it’s not right place for you!!

Amazing resort! This is the second time that we stayed at this hotel. The staff were really helpful and accommodating. Especially Devran and Kadir were extremely helpful for us. The variety of the food and drinks is great. The rooms were comfortable, clean and well appointed. The pool and garden area were clean and tidy. We love everything at Natur Garden. We look forward to our return!
