Kaldıkı antlasma yapılan zamandaa VAKIF kendı sayfasında kayserının koklu ınsaat fırması BEKAS ıle kat karsılıgı arsa antlasması yapmıstır dıye reklam yapıyordu. Gelınen noktada VAKIF desteklı magdur ımparatorlugu kuruldu. Yüzlerce mağdur ortaya çıkarttılar
