Great place only just open but cannot fault every single member of staff were fantastic they would definitely get 5⭐s from me

bar, food, animation, pool and aqua park is good but our room (1303) balcony small. room, bathroom is not very good should be rebuilding. internet just lobi and very bad. room clean service workers is not good. but still recommend everyone its satisfactory. thank you all barmans and bar manger Mr shahin and that you so much reception Mrs merve

I would like to give the Nashira hotel 4 stars. The reasoning for this is because the maintenance of rooms is poorly managed and cleanliness of rooms (which is very important to me and surely to others too). The housekeeping staff haven’t been doing the best job. Having said this I must admit the staff in general have been really nice. The kitchen staff, namely Nafise and Mustafa, have been very great and have made us feel at home. Along with this, Ali and Amber at reception have been amazing too, very helpful. In addition, the manager Marut has also been very kind and helpful in dealing of any issues that have arisen. Also the view and the scenery at the coast has been amazing. I hope anyone that reads this finds it helpful. Thanks Laila

Definitely a chic hotel. There are only pools around . The sea is very close . There is a large pier on the sea, it's very cool to dive and swim. There are huge slides on the territory . Food all day and at night too ) I want to express my gratitude to Yunus chef, he is a wonderful cook and a wonderful kind positive person. The food is different every day, everything is delicious. I will recommend the hotel to all my friends and family

We stayed as a family of 4 in Nashira Resort. Our stay was excellent, the hotel is right on the beach, kids loved the water park and the food was great too. Staff was also really helpful but special thanks to Bati and the Front of House manager for being so accommodating. Entertainment in the hotel was superb and even included a fly board show on one of the nights. Fully recommend!

New and fresh complex. Hotel looks great with plenty of areas to sit or discover. Right on the river banks. Prepare to learn Russian. :) Not all employees speak English. However a good experience overall. Rooms are big and cozy. Cleanliness is very good. Bathroom situation is not intimate enough. But this seems to be the trend, now. People relatively nice. Food is above average, but not best I've seen in other resorts from the same seaside.

Excellent hotel, pool area is great, beach is direct at the hotel, short ways but all in a big garden area located. Surprisingly the small adventure park for climbing, a zipline through the pool area and a great water park. I liked the room design, room was very clean and interior of the hotel is nice and from good quality. Service at bars, restaurants and reception extreme friendly and funny, respectful and with good attention. Food was tasty and with variety. A relaxed holiday, luckily even the weather is ?lovely. ?????

We booked a full sea view room. When we first came to the hotel, they assigned us a room where there was no sea view at all. Then they moved us to a different room where the view was full sea, the pools and all of the other entertainment areas. The rooms are very old and disgusting. Mini fridge is empty. Room smells like mold. We came here from the other Alanya hotels. Our experience there was amazing: great staff, friendly, helpful and very punctual and their price was much cheaper. But this hotel is very old and not like what they advertise online. The outside, Lobby, the pools and all of the other entertainment areas are the only great thing about this hotel. There is no window in the room, can you imagine?. If you are reading this review and not sure about booking a room from here. save yourself from smelling a mold all day.
