There is a heating problem on the top floors, but there is a nice warm up on the middle floors.

The private rooms are small but it is one of the best apartments in the vicinity and there is a private gym. Water belongs to them, electricity belongs to you.

They are a fraudulent and dishonest manager, no hot water, insufficient rooms as heating, cold, do not sign transactions, they give to execution and they gain unfair profit.
