2 months ago, I ordered a wedding dress from Işıklar Narin Moda house for 4000 TL. I gave 1000 TL of this wedding dress as a deposit. They told me that I would explain my complaints about the chest part and that they would help in everything. The wedding dress was going to be sewn from the beginning and although I called many times, they called me for the rehearsal 2 weeks before the wedding and the wedding dress was not ready, even the skirt part was made, they called me again the next day. I went to rehearsal and the chest part never fit me. The next day they called me again and said they would fix this problem and again it was not what I wanted. In this situation, we were very nervous because my wedding was very close. Instead of finding a solution there, they argued with my brother and demoralized me a lot. I suffered too much and had to settle elsewhere. I left without my money, I didn't even want to talk because I was upset. Therefore, I demand compensation for my loss. (I saw the answer you gave me. I went there with my mother-in-law, my mother-in-law, my sister and my friend. Both you and we have the camera footage of them. You are the one who gave false information and scribbled. We are reducing their motivation to work! Because 2 days before my wedding, my motivation is very high when there is no g of the wedding dress. After arguments, fights and a waiting period of 8-9 hours at the store, I officially forcibly received my wedding dress one day before my wedding. No matter how good the tailoring is, it is a store that is not worth experiencing that stress.
