I had to ring twice when I was going to Van. In both of them I have met with the owner. the owner is not wise at all. very stingy. There are no three papers for 50 cents. lying knee length. He even gets a commission from his credit card. I have never been satisfied with the quality of fuel. Do not enter into the price.
