★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. 23.07.2020 tarihinde bu mağazadan yatak almak için gittik 21 iş gününde teslim edilir dediklerinde bizde düğünümüzün 16.08.2020 tarihinde olduğunu söyledik ve bize acil sipariş diye bildiririz düğününüze yetiştiririz dedikleri için güvenerek aldık. Şimdi bizi arıyorlar ürününüz gelmedi başka bir yatağı fiyat farkı alarak satalım size diyorlar. İstemiyoruz iptal edin diyoruz (böyle bir hakkımız olduğunu bambi müşteri hizmetlerinden öğrendik), bizde iptal yok diye işi yokuşa sürüyorlar. O zaman başta yetiştiremeyiz deselerdi başka bir yatak firmasından alırdık. Bunlar müşteri odaklı değil satış odaklı çalışıyorlar. Böyle bir esnaf mantığıyla ilk defa karşılaştık.
I definitely do not recommend it. We went to this store to buy a bed on 23.07.2020 and when they said that it will be delivered on 21 working days, we said that our wedding is on 16.08.2020 and we will inform us as an urgent order, so we bought it with confidence because they said we will raise it for your wedding. Now they are calling us, they say your product has not arrived, let's sell another mattress with a price difference. We say we do not want to cancel it (we learned from Bambi customer service that we have such a right), they take the job uphill because there is no cancellation. At that time, if they said we could not grow it at first, we would buy it from another bedding company. They are not customer oriented but sales oriented. This is the first time we have encountered such a tradesman logic.
