Bad service,unprofessional stuff,the food is average,the place is not even close to the pictures,honestly this is a 3 star hotel...whatever this is bad hotel!!!Don't let others convince you otherwise!!!

The hotel is under extensive renovation. Reception is not operating properly. An excavator is working outside the territory. For now, I wouldn't recommend staying.

The hotel doesn't stand out too much from others, but it is pretty good for its price.

I recommend this to everyone who want to stay in a 4 star hotel. All personal are very responsible and polite. Rooms are cleen and thay are cleaning rooms every day. There are different kind of food's and restaurant is very big. There is also food and drinks at the beach. Hotel is organised fun for the guests everynight. listen people, if you whant cheapest vacation in 4 star Hotel, Mysea hotel is the right place for you.

I stayed it this hotel for one week! First impression was horrible the staff were DISRESPECTFUL and very UNWELCOMING we arrived at the hotel 6:00am and were told that we would be let in our room at 2:00pm. We finally got the keys to the room at 4:00pm only the open the door to a uncleaned room from the previous guests. The towels, bed and bedding were STAINED, DIRTY, and NOT WASHED during the course of the week the room was only cleaned ONCE. Over all the hotel NEEDS too work on the hygiene and employ better staff that care about there job (none of the staff were dressed in uniform you couldn’t tell who works at the hotel who doesn’t). During my stay at the hotel the hotel maintenance man came into my room twice without knocking which made me very uncomfortable and suspicious because also during my say 400 EUROS were stolen from my room knowing this made me feel very unsafe and then led me onto leaving a hidden camera to capture if anyone was to come into my room during the time I was in the hotels pool. THIS DID HAPPED AND IT IS ALL CAUGHT ON CAMERA. the safe to keep your expensive personal belongings in, you had to hire it from your the reception. I instead to see the hotels camera footage as I saw that there was a camera in the hall way above my room the director of the hotel told me that this was a FAKE CAMERA to ensure the guests that they are safe........ please do your research before booking your next holiday pay more but stay in a good hotel.

The hotel should have rather two stars than four. It's pretty old and looks like it's abandoned, rooms aren't clean, the kitchen as well. They own an extra small area from the public beach for their customers and the beach bar also looks abandoned and dirty. The pool is small for the amounts of guests they have, there are parties with traditional music 9am-11pm at the pool

First impression when entering the hotel was...4 star? The stuff was polite, give us breakfast right after arrival, the room was ready at 14h as they daid it would be. Problem number 1 - no free wi-fi, for one week is 8eur, it's written 8 dollars, but I assume they don't know to convert dollar to euro, and they charge uste 8 eur per phone, so we paid 16 euro. So far wi-fi is ok (I write my review in notepad, as I get "impressions" :) ) - I was afraid to see the room,but the room is just as on the pictures, great. There is a air conditioner, flat tv, fridge, nice view. - Toilet in the hotel (not room) in the lady's room, there is no toilet paper. It's a 4* hotel, don't forget. And its not quite clean,also you should consider yourself as lucky if there is hand paper after washing your hands. - Trust me you don't wanna see the beach toilet ? The hotel has beach, and the toilet is disquasting. Absolute mess. When I try to flush the toilet shaked ? Also someone before used the toilet and you don't wanna see what I saw, in both toilets. - The beautiful part is terrase of the hotel and pool area - The restoran is old, not renovated long time. - Only one small elevator for 4 person, during covid for 2 person. - About food, small menu,  not so big choice like in other hotels (4 and 5*). Desert for lunch is always watermelon and plums, not freshbut soft. Dinner desert is baklava which I love, not bothered that is every day :) - Also, you should consider yourself lucky if you find fork and knife for meal. I don't know what's so hard to buy more knifes, forks and etc. Here are so many guests, they know their capacity, so buy it! For example, here I'm eating breakfast with fork and spoon, because there is not knive available :) - In the bathroom there is shampoo, hair regenerator, shower gel, fairdryer and hot water - About room and room bathroom I can say it was good - Manager of the hotel was very kind and polite - Everyday they clean the room
