Güvenilir, kaliteli, hızlı servis. Ön ödemesiz rezervasyonumuzu yaptırdık, havaalanı çıkışında tam zamanında güleryüzle karşılandık. Rezerve ettiğimiz araç eksiksiz bize teslim edildi. Kredi kartı istenmeden aracımızı teslim aldık. Araçlar temiz, yeni ve düzgün. Kiralama fiyatları da çok uygun.

Hersey yolunda gitti. Araclar yeni ve temiz. Tavsiye ederim.

We rented a car than this agency for 6 months .we Have dogs , dogs gaved some damages to car ( back window sctraches ) and I was ready to pay it. But agency said they want 450 euro . He said’ car has many scratches and they need to color all in front doors” . I had pictures before from the scratch areas . Car had many scratches before . I asked to main office( car label office) "how much can be this scratches fix "and I got price than main office. So I ask to him ,how much for what agency want . agency said 450 euro . I ask “ for what ? please write details and please consider that you had scratches on your car before. But now you want that I will give money to paint all your car “ . He said “ if you will not pay me 450 euro I will go police and you cannot go in your flight “ . I ask him ‘are you threatening me ?’ He said ‘no’ . It sound was threatening to me . I asked to him that someone must explain my husband for what we are giving 450 euro . This must be English . He said he don’t have someone can explain English all this damage to my husband. He said he did contract with me. He said "your husband second driver, i don’t need to explain to him , for what i am asking money'. I am admitting that car had damage and it was okay that we will pay but all process management was so weak . I am from Turkey I have Turkish lawyer , I am Familier to police and I don’t care about lost my flight . But could be ugly for some other people . I don’t want that my foreigner friend will live some situations like that . cause of this I need to post this . 0 star.

Don't rent from these guys!! While you might get a cheap deal in the first place they will make it up with all sorts of claims afterwards. We rented a car for several months and obviously had a few scratches here and there which we were willing to pay for. However the owner came up with completely excessive claims and even threatened to send the police after us if we didn't pay what he asked for. Very unpleasant und completely unprofessional company. Stay away!!
