Недорого, чисто. Близко от яхт-клуба.
В номере есть балкончик, можно там пить винишко и курить.
Есть бассейн!
Perfect place.
Inexpensive, clean. Close to the yacht club.

Affordable hotel with a view. That's why I chose it.
When I arrived at the hotel; I wanted to give a different room instead of the one I had paid for in advance, this is not nice, then Yusuf Bey stepped in and the problem was resolved, thanks to Mr. Yusuf.
Breakfast should be a little better. The available breakfast quality is inadequate.
The air conditioner is positioned in the right place in the room. ?
The mini fridge in the room works fine.
If the price was higher, I wouldn't choose it.
I think I made a good choice in this price range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel is well located out of traffic and noise and has room service as well as a pool. I do think it is a little expensive but still reasonable, unlike other hotels in the area that are just over priced. I do however, have a problem with secure shaded parking that is not enough or close to the hotel. We had a run in with one of the neighbors about parking. Service is friendly. I had some doubts about the cleanliness of beds but was too tired to investigate it further. It seemed to me like sheets were not replaced or clean sheets had dust on it. Also when we entered the room there were flies and mosquitoes in the room and we had to cope with them. Overall it was okay but I would have given a better review if I could sense that it was perfectly clean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice hotel, warm and friendly staff. Quiet neibourhood. good location near the yacht harbour. 2 km walking to Alazar beach. Public transport is just around the corner, but better to have a car/bike
