Sigortayı bile geri almadılar. Bu sahtekarlık. I returned the car over a week ago and they received the car 100% intact and the insurance amount from the visa has to be refunded back to my card 48 hours after the car delivery. They didn't even get the insurance back. This is fraud. I've noticed that customers try to use multiple names, colors and multiple logos for themselves so they don't distinguish themselves because there are cases of fraud or scams and they are trying to scam people. By the way, the first car I bought broke down with me and my family, and I was on the street with my kids for 3 and a half hours until they had to change the car, and the replaced car also had a problem. brakes and with it the rental period has been completed. They are the absolute worst. Until then, I'm waiting for my money.
