★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kitap fiyatları normal fiyatına göre hem indirimli hem de diğer kitapçılara göre daha ucuz. Müşterilerle ilgileniliyor ama kalabalık olunca doğal olarak herkesle ilgilenmeleri güçleşiyor. Şahsen acelem yoksa almak istediğim kitabı kendim aramak hoşuma gidiyor :)
Book prices are both discounted and cheaper than other bookstores compared to the normal price. Customers are taken care of, but when it gets crowded, it naturally becomes difficult for them to deal with everyone. If I am not in a hurry personally, I like to search for the book I want to buy :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Öncelikle 1 yıldızı bile hak etmiyor en düşük bir yıldız olduğu için mecbur kaldım. Gerçekten my vip kırtasiye benim için çok kötü bir tecrübe oldu sebebi ise 8. Sınıfa geçen kızıma 3 ayrı set ve 2 roman aldım kasada indirim yapılacağı sôylendi acelem olduğu için orada fişe bakmayı düşünemedim. Eve gelip fişe baktığımda kitapların normal fiyatının şişirilip indirim diye normal fiyatlarından daha fazlaya satıldığını gördüm. Karşısındaki kırtasiye de 35 TL satılan kitabın bana indirim adı altında 48 TL gibi bir rakama satmışlar. Fişi ve kitapları alıp durumu bildirmek için kırtasiyeye tekrar gidip iade talep ettim ama karşılaştığım muamele fiyattan daha da kötüydü sahibi olduğunu söyleyen bey tarafından azarlar nitelikteki ses tonunyla iadem kabul edilmedi. Ben kandırılmışken sesimi yükseltmememe rağmen karş8 taraf insanların içinde bana bağırdı. Birdaha mümkün değil oradan birşey almam ve çevreme de aldırmam.
First of all, it doesn't even deserve 1 star, I had to because it was the lowest star. Really, my vip stationery was a very bad experience for me. The reason is that I bought 3 separate sets and 2 novels for my 8th grade daughter, and it was said that there would be a discount at the cashier. When I came home and looked at the receipt, I saw that the normal price of the books was inflated and sold for more than their normal price as a discount. The book, which was sold for 35 TL in the stationery shop opposite, was sold to me for 48 TL under the name of discount. I went back to the stationery store to get the receipt and the books and requested a refund, but the treatment I faced was even worse than the price. Although I did not raise my voice when I was deceived, the other party shouted at me in public. It is not possible again, I will not buy anything from there and I will not care about my surroundings.
