My Palace Rooms Hotel

Clean and nice place. Very good service/price ratio. If youre coming by car, theres complicated procedure if you want to use Hotel's parking, so I left the car on the street overnight (that's why it is 4 stars).

They LIE about prices - said one night will cost 300 but charged 600 each for Saturday and Sunday - did NOT tel it in advance.

The best hotel in the world, super clean, they give us the first classroom for only 260TL!! The flat has: - double bed with bathroom - single room with two beds - another room with two beds - general bathroom - living room with tv and kitchen Thanks, Mr. Hussain, for helping us

Very nice personel. English speaking and polite. Very fast answer. Also cheap price. Very clean. New beautiful modern rooms. I recommend fully! ❤️

The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport. When I arrived to the hotel, Hussain was very helpful and accommodating. He upgraded the room and helped with the luggage. The room was large, the bed comfortable and the shower had plenty of hot water and water pressure. On departure, Hussain helped translate a conversation with the taxi driver. I would stay here again.

This was by far the comfiest, most luxury feeling hotel ever. I was greeted by a beautiful lobby and warm, welcoming staff when I entered and was astonished when I was introduced to my room. Not only is the room layout spacious and elegant, it is also very homey feeling. The space was spotless, and cleaners were always ready to assist even if there was something as little as a mirror needing wiped. By far the most impressive thing was the costumer service! The reception was at my personal service 24/7. Hussain especially went above and beyond to make my stay amazing, especially after my surgery. He would order food for me and deliver it to my door, and he would have anything I wanted, or an alternative every time I asked. He would be ready to help at ungodly hours, always with a smile on his face. He was truly a blessing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Istanbul Asia a million times over! Thankyou My Palace, Hussain and staff for making my stay so wholesome!

Good hotel, with helpful and friendly staff (reciptionist) especially Arda, they guided us to explore amazing places in Istanbul Asian part and provided all required information. The hitel is closed to SAW airport about 4 minute by taxi. I do recommend it to anyone.....

The rooms are not very clean, especially the bathroom (mould on the joints). Some power switches were missing and the tap of the sink was not fixed. The pool is an extra, as most of the services, except the shuttle to the airport, which is ordered and paid by the hotel (very convenient !) The hotel itself is 5 minutes away by taxi from the airport without suffering from the airport noise. You will find a mall and some restaurants around. Overall, I would recommand this place for a cheap night before an early flight, which was what I was looking for. I would not stay here for holidays though.
