★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hit and miss. Hard to find. Odd entrance. No English speaking staff, they will repeat English but don't understand. You have to point. Normally this would be fine, but they are catering to travelers. Electronic touch screen in elevator, but so small cannot fit more than a couple people. A/C and wifi don't work u tip I called and pointed. Overall needs some work but has potential.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incredible hotel work modern but very Turkish interior. The lift is glass and is operated through a touch screen that also plays videos. Rooms very comfortable and brand new. Breakfast was superb. I'd return to Kayseri just to stay here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super clean and nice hotel. Polite and helpful staff . Comfortable room with TV, kettle, two cups, spoons, tea bags, hairdryer , shampoo and shower gel. It smells good , I enjoyed how clean it was ! Dark curtains make it comfortable to sleep at night and they protect from light. Building is modern and it looks like taken a good care of. There’s a tiny balcony with a glass door , you can see mountains from there. There’s additional separate small bed-light in case you want to read before sleep, I appreciate this . Hotel is quiet and we could have rest and enjoy our stay.
It’s only 6-9 minutes away from train station .
