I bought the bedroom set I bought 9 months ago, it was a complete fiasco, 3 times, the so-called technical staff, the Syrian cheap workers came to my house, they made the furniture and left. I said thank you and accepted it. Because I was tired of waiting in an empty house without furniture. However, the missing products were still not delivered even after 4 months. When I used my consumer rights and shared on social media by tagging them, I received a threat that I would not bring that bench without removing the comment. When you call on the phone, they keep you busy and say that they will come until the evening. However, there is neither incoming nor outgoing. They block you from social media, they don't even listen to an apology even though you are a victim of all this. Customer communication and satisfaction is unfortunately 0.
