Her çalışanı da gayet yetenekli diyebilirim bu önemli bir kriter. Böylece çalışan seçmek durumuna girmenize gerek olmadığını düşünüyorum. Kalfa diye çırak çalıştıran yerlerden değil yani.
Her ne kadar kesim dışı zamanlarda maskesiz gördüğüm olduysa da kesim sırasında maske kuralına uyuyorlar. Tavsiye ederim.
