Утром за нами приехало такси, которое мы оплатили сами, и довезло до автобуса, уже на входе в сам комплекс мы узнали, что Yilmaz не заплатил организатору экскурсии за нас и у нас нет билетов (и обратной дороги тоже). Пришлось заплатить за вход самим, уже в самом комплексе вместе с гидом стали разбираться и просить перевести деньги, но он этого так и не сделал. Отдых был абсолютно испорчен. Мы пришли к Yilmaz на следующий день просить деньги назад. Он сделал это только после угроз полиции. Нам повезло, что патруль проезжал мимо, и он отдал деньги. Не берите туры у этого мошенника и обращайтесь в полицию!
Booked a tour to Pamukkale, Yilmaz claimed that everything is included (transfer from and to the hotel, lunch, entrance to the complex, Cleopatra pool). In the morning a taxi came for us, which we paid for ourselves, and took us to the bus, already at the entrance to the complex itself, we learned that Yilmaz had not paid the tour organizer for us and we had no tickets (and no return trip either). I had to pay for the entrance ourselves, already in the complex itself, together with the guide, they began to understand and ask to transfer money, but he never did it. The rest was absolutely ruined. We came to Yilmaz the next day asking for money back. He did so only after being threatened by the police. We were lucky that the patrol passed by, and he gave the money. Do not take tours from this scammer and contact the police!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked tour for a certain date and we were shifted to another date without any prior notice. Thankfully we were there for two days else we would have missed the trip.
He charged us for hot air balloon but never took us for the trip nor did he returned the money. He is a complete fraud and he also has great connection with the Turkey police. When we reported the matter to Turkey police, they did not do anything about it.
Complete cheat. Yilmaz is his name.
