Mustafa Yücel Özbilgin, Turkish lawyer and civil administration chief who died while on duty in the attack on the Council of State. He graduated from Yozgat High School in 1960. He graduated from Ankara University Faculty of Law in 1965.

It's just a small area. Not bad, of course. I think it is not preferred by anyone except the citizens living in the surrounding buildings. Because it's stuck in the middle of buildings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Adıyaman merkez de bulunan küçük eski bir park. Çok kez önünden geçmeme rağmen içerisinde bulunan ciğerciye uğramak için bulunma şansım oldu. Küçük ve şirin bir park. Çay ocağı ve kebapçı var içerisinde. İçeride bulunan kebapçıyı beğendim. Bu nedenle güzel havalarda uğranabilecek bir yer.
It is a small old park located in the center of Adıyaman. Although I passed by it many times, I had the chance to stop by the liver restaurant inside. It is a small and cute park. It has a tea shop and a kebab shop. I liked the kebab shop inside. Therefore, it is a place to stop by in good weather.
