Books are sold at tag price. The same book is much cheaper in many bookstores inside. I don't understand the pricing policy.

It's the only bookstore where I can find every book I'm looking for...the prices are 4-5 liras higher than the internet, there is some discount at the cash register.
You get the difference immediately compared to internet shopping, you are not looking for a book, every book is available, and the friends looking at the aisles in the shop will find and help you immediately, you can pay safely...

Almak istediğim kitabı, durumu çok kötü olmasına rağmen, neredeyse internetteki 1. el fiyatıyla aynı söylediler ve ben de çok pahalı söylediklerini, internette 1. elinin daha uyguna olduğunu dile getirdiğimde beni azarlayıp müşterilerinin yanında onları itham ettiğimi iddia ettiler. Halbuki ben de o an onların müşterisi idim. Benimle gereksiz bir polemiğe girdiler ve bütün günümü mahvettiler. Bir daha yanına yöresine asla ama asla uğramam, kimseye de tavsiye etmem. Hem müşterilerini kazıklamaya çalışıyorlar hem de müşteri ile nasıl konuşulması gerektiğini bilmiyorlar.
The rudest scammer I've ever seen. They told me that the book I wanted to buy was almost the same as the 1st hand price on the internet, even though it was in very bad condition, and when I said that they said it was very expensive and that 1st hand was cheaper on the internet, they scolded me and claimed that I had accused them in front of their customers. However, I was their customer at that time. They got into a pointless polemic with me and ruined my whole day. I will never, ever visit the region again, nor would I recommend it to anyone. They are trying to rip their customers off and they don't know how to talk to them.

I bought a book and the cashier told me you can exchange or return any time if I didn't use it ( unsealed it) I went to return it and and the other cashier told me its not possible to return but I can exchange. I spoke to the manager and even I can't change it. its cheating and inconvenience for me
